Le journaliste et ancien Directeur général de l'ORTM, Johary Ravoajanahary, a été placé sous mandat de dépôt. Il a été enquêté après un soupçon de détournement. Ravoajanahary a été initialement placé sous contrôle judiciaire. Mais la reprise des enquêtes au niveau du Bureau indépendant anti-corruption a débouché sur son incarcération.
